possible twins?!

These are pictures of my 8 week transvaginal ultrasound. I also got a video of the heart beating, and the close up picture is what they got from measuring the heart rate. Looking closely at the video on the right corner (circled) 
 there is this little black spot that pulses like the heartbeat. Not too sure this is the placenta, does anyone think it could be another baby hiding in there? I wish I could post the video.  as anyone ever had an early ultrasound show 1 baby and then go back for another and find 2?

That's not a twin it a subcrionic hemorrhage.

The thing circled is your bladder.

That's not another baby. This is what early twin ultrasounds look like, two defined babies or sacs that are lower and not as high up as you circled. I believe what you're looking at is your bladder.

I don't have much experience but with twins usually there are two very distinct sacs and I dont see this in your ultrasound pictures! I'm not sure what it would be that you are seeing but I don't think it is another baby.. but I could easily be wrong!! Interested to hear if you do end up having twins 😊
