Is it okay to skip a period for the first time?

Had sex in the beginning of this month and my period is late by a whole week , odd as hell ! I get cramps I'm hungry and always tired and I'm extremely stressed out I took two pregnancy test and they came out negative and my discharge comes out white and clear and I don't know what's going on , this is my first time having unprotected sex and this happens
