Can't afford to take leave!!!

I'm terrified of what's going to happen once the baby is born and I can't work anymore. My husband has a pretty decent paying job, but we depend on my paycheck a lot too. We've already started cutting back to try and get some money saved up so it's not so bad with only 1 income, but not knowing how bad it will be is stressful and I know that's not good for the baby. How did you guys make it through? Is it as bad as I think or is it easier? Ahhhhhhh!
