Missed Lovenox Dose?
I didn't get to the pharmacy in time to pick up my wife's refill of Lovenox and she hasn't taken her shot today - usually taken around 10PM. She has prothrombin thrombophilia and her doctor said to make sure she took her dose each day.
Just curious if anyone in a similar situation has advice. I'm wondering if it would be appropriate to call L&D or the ER to get a dose.
