pms symptoms resembling pregnancy

Need help. I misscarriied early this year and after that my PMS symptoms have been bery different which gives me false pregnancy believe.
Before misscarrige: I used to have very bad cramps, back pain and thigh pain. The usual.
After misscarrige : nausea, uneasiness, breast tenderness to the level I want to throw my bra off, pink blood and this time I was so so exausted as well that I almost slept the whole day.
This has been happen for several periods now.
Anyone else has experienced such? I mean I get that my hormones might be out of whack but this is so annoying getting all these symptoms one week before period and no pregnancy 😑
