TMI. Someone please help!!

So I am on cycle day 25 of 29-32 (glow says 32, other fertility app says 29). My last period started December 3rd but was very light pink/brown spotting for a full day (usually when I start it is full on red/heavy) and then it got a little heavier for 2 days and back to spotting for 2 days (the whole time remaining brownish/red).    I now am having thick white/cream colored CM, breast tenderness, slightly sore nipples, backache, slight nausea/indigestion, BUT the most odd thing is that I am having clear/cream colored discharge from one of my nipples?!
