Currently laying in a warm bath drinking ice water trying to decide if I'm having Braxton hicks or contractions or something else. Been going on since about 7 pm tonight, cramping like I'm on my period even making cramping feelings in my thighs down to my toes. Hurts more than Braxton hicks I've had before and sharp lower back pain included this time. More pains on my left side than my right. Also have a super sharp pain near my butthole-keep thinking I need to go poop but nothing happens. I'd say the waves of feeling come about every 5-6 mins but usually the same consistency and I can definitely talk through them so it's not horrible but it's not normal for what I've felt up until this point. Ftm and 35 weeks with a baby boy don't want to go to L&D to be told false labor or Braxton hicks. Water hasn't broken but have been losing pieces of mucus plug for a week now. Sound similar to anyone else??
