has anyone else felt this?

Question

Im 21 weeks and throughout this pregnancy I've had a lot of acid reflux and heartburn. Ive never felt actual burning just on my heart though until all morning today. I googled and got really scared because I read it can be a heart attack or pulmonary emobolism. I'm wondering if this might be a new heartburn symptom or if it might be something more serious 😞  Anyone felt anything like this before?

Don't google symptoms!! If you're worried I'd always just put a call into your doctor because they'll let you know if it's something to worry about....Google will always give the worst possible thing that could happen lol. Try tums...I use the smoothies kind because they taste a bit better and they work wonders

There have been a few times when my indigestion freaked me the hell out. I thought for sure I was having heart problems, but it turned out to be gas pains or heartburn. Gas pains can go clear up in your chest, especially when the bottom half of your abdomen is full of uterus. My doctor said if it was more serious I would feel it. It wouldn't be just pain or burning, I would feel absolutely horrible everywhere. Not a very good description, but he promised I'd know. Haha
