What is the point of banning something like that when no one will listen to it. There isn't really a good way to enforce something like that. All that can actually be done is to actively try to keep terrorists and unstable nations from acquiring the capability to make or obtain nuclear weapons. If you are so woried about nuclear distraction news flash for you nuclear weapons aren't the only thing you have to worry about then. Nuclear power plants can cause a bunch of destruction too but those won't be out lawed either because they are such a crucial source of power. Honesty the best thing you could do is quite worrying and just live your life.
