what would you say

I received my first period since having my little one in June on September 27 it was a 7 day period me and hubby had a condom rip incident sept 15 also had sex sept 21&25 pulled out tough my question is I had a blood exam oct 12 for pregnancy  and said negative would it had picked it up already ?... if anything was there also took a test this morning
