Been TTC for some time now and each month adding something to monitor. I've been using OPK and charting bbt. This month I started checking cm. My question is, can you get a positive OPK and have a temp chart mimic the OPKs and still not ovulate? I haven't had any EWCM and got a positive OPK yesterday and the day before. Temp spiked yesterday and remains above cover line today. Cm seems to be staying white cream/lotion like.
