TTC after accutane

Hello ladies! I'm just curious if anyone has an experience on successfully and safely TTC after accutane. I had several acne my entire life so I finally decided to give accutane a shot at 24 years old and man has it been nothing short of a MIRACLE for my skin. It's a huuuuuge no no getting pregnant on it because it can cause some very severe birth defects. I'll be done in january. Doctors say just wait a month after you're off and you're fine but at the same time it's hard to not be paranoid. I was just wondering if anyone out there had any first hand experiences they could share.
