small measurements

did anyone else get told at their anatomy/20 week scan they had a small baby? he was healthy and had everything he should have, he's just small! they said 41 percentile, and she said 50 percentile was average. I'm wondering if anyone who got told they had a small baby if they stayed small or ended up big??
