My boss is a total asswipe, and he treats everyone at my workplace like garbage. He's not even a good manager and never gets the schedule up in time. He has no respect for any of us lower employees and I'm sooo close to spitting in his face and quitting

If you are going to quit just do it nicely. Leaving on a bad note like spitting on him or telling him off can hurt your future. Not to mention if you're not happy with his professionalism going there shows you don't have any either. If he's that bad, is there another person higher up that you can report him to? That'd be the best thing you could do. But as for my boss, he's awesome and we all love him. The business I work for is seriously like a family. I couldn't ask for a better boss

At my last job I had 7 bosses. I liked 3 out of 7. My main boss had it out for me for some reason. I don't know why, but she did. She was very disrespectful. The way she would speak to me and about me would leave me on the verge of tears. I wouldn't say I hated her, but I strongly disliked her.
