Is it bad if i dont take my prenatal vitamins for 2 days?

I left my jar at work and i wont be back till monday.....😓 thinking about going to the store to buy another one.  Im just scared if it will harm my baby if i dont take them.

I go weeks without taking them.  Lol As long as your eating healthy, the baby will get all of the vitamins and nutrients it needs.  ;)

Not really. The supplements are to keep your reserves up. Baby will get everything they need weather you take them or not but if you are short on something, you may get affected. Missing 2 days is ok.

You and the baby will be fine.  I couldn't take prenatals at all. I would throw them up everytime.  I havent taken them since week 16 I believe.  I'm 30+4 weeks and haven't taken them since.  Only thing is that my iron is low so I have to take some iron pills.  And make sure I'm eating more iron.  Baby is going to get all of the things it needs no matter what.  It's more for you so you don't get sick. But I haven't gotten sick once from not taking them. If you forget them again just remember that it's not going to hurt you or baby missing a few days. Somr people don't take it at all.
