TTC and exercise
I really enjoy working out. I'm usually running between 20-22 miles a week and kickbox 3 times a week. I also throw in yoga 2 times a week. I've been reading on too much exercise and TTC. I'm wondering if anyone falls into this category and how they slowed down on exercise. It's my stress relief and most days I really need/want it.
