I could be off here but I think you're saying your girl is grounded from her phone? If I took one of my kids phones away and they used their sisters phone when they were grounded then their sister is losing her phone too and now your grounded twice as long for using a phone when I told you you were grounded. Just wait till she isn't grounded she might just not want to get into trouble. Just my opinion.
