Which temp do I use?

Hello.  My question is which temp should I use?  I normally take my temp each morning at 7:00am.  I was awakened and sat up to my husband getting up to take our sick dog out  at 3:30am .  I went ahead and took my temp just to see  what it read and it was 97.7.  I went to the bathroom too.  I also went to the bathroom at about 6:00 or 6:15 am.  I took my temp at 7:00am like usual and it was 98.06.  So I have been up and down. Which temp do I use?  Thank you for your expertise.
