New family problems..

In 15 days I'm due to be m9v8ng in the my boyfriend of two years..i have a 10 yr old daughter from a prev relationship. My boyfriends brother currently in the house im moving into has been given one months notice to move out and is still resisting...his brother is creepy and I wudnt feel relaxed around him...I just know tha he won't move out and I'm stuck because i have already given notice of my house and the removal is booked...I'm so stressed 😕😕😕😕😭😭😭😭😭
