Have you experienced...

OK I am a little over 36 weeks pregnant and having irregular contractions I went to the hospital and then you told me that if you were 36 weeks or more they will not help the labor process at all until you were 39 weeks. I am dilated a fingertip that my water has not broken nor do I show any signs of fluids leaking or my water breaking no blood or anything Just contractions so they sent me home. When I had my daughter I was 36 weeks my water had broken and I had contractions but I did not progress at all I remained 2 cm for 24 hours until they decided to do a C-section. My contractions aren't terrible but they're definitely enough to wake me up while I'm sleeping and be very unpleasant, definitely do not want to do this for the next three weeks. How long were you in labor before they did anything?
