I get so nervous around BF, help me

I get so nervous. And he says I'm perfect and that he really likes me and that he wouldn't leave me but I beg to differ. I get so shy around him. & he likes to kiss and I always avoid it. I just really don't know how to kiss and he does. And I know you'll say go for it but it's so hard. Like how to even start.
