Weird question, I know in the time of social media a lot of people just post on Facebook that their bundle of joy has arrived. However, I've got a small list of people i would like to know before Facebook (such as aunts, a few cousins, and obviously moms dads and grandparents) I plan on calling my mom and dad to tell them because they arent much for texting. Same with my grandparents, they don't text. However after giving birth I'm not sure I'll want to spend so long on the phone talking to each person. Is it appropriate to send a text or Facebook message with a picture to each of the other people? This way I still told them first but don't have to go through the stupidly long phone calls?
