please help

Looking to see if anyone else experienced this and what was wrong. I've been having dull cramps for the past 3-4 days. They are like period cramps but definitely not. They aren't as bad as my period cramps normally are, and I'm not supposed to start my period for another week. Trying to see if this is something anyone else has experienced, cause I really don't want to go to doctors.
