So yesterday my feet were swollen and i got a cramp in one. I decided to go check my blood pressure today at rite aid with the machines. It came out to 122/80 it said i was "at risk" is this really bad?

I would suggest buying a blood pressure machine at the pharmacy for like $40. That way you can test your resting blood pressure and heart rate. Remember to have both feet flat in the floor when you take it as well and not right after you eat. That way you could monitor it each day to check for any great fluctuation.

That is a perfect blood pressure!!!! It would need to be around 140/60-80 to be at risk and bad....

What did they say? 
I had slightly high bp, extreme swelling, no blood in urine though. I had to go in for observations and they kept a closer eye on me etc. They should be checking you more often if they think it's possible pre eclampsia.

As some one who already has struggled with high blood pressure ( 5' at 105 lbs ) a normal pressure is 120/80 even slightly above this would generally not show for concern, but keep checking and have your doctor check your protein in your urine if you are concerned. Mine generally runs 154/98 and that was before pregnancy.
