RH negative mothers.

I had a miscarriage about 12 weeks ago and I never had a regular period again as I am pregnant again. 2 weeks ago once I confirmed my new pregnancy I got the rhogam shot & was put on progesterone. I had d bleeding again last Thursday and went straight to the ER they could not confirm or deny a miscarriage again as they seen a heart beat but it scared me because I was bleeding pretty heavy and passed a clot. Since then I stopped bleeding but am having heavy brown discharge like a period. I am wondering if anyone who has got the rhogam shot had bleeding again. So confused cause I am not sure if I am miscarrying or having a healthy baby. I really don't know if I can go through another miscarriage  💔
