I took a pregnancy test today (i found out i was pregnant September 30)ive been spotting red for the past cupple days i had hemorrhage in my uterus so its kinda normal rhe 21 of oct i saw my little nugget and i saw the heart beat im scared ladies what should i do go to the er or just hope everything is good? I dont have any cramps but i feel like period is coming😭😭😢😢
