Was the gluclose test that bad?

Taking my glucose today, kind of nervous.

I didn't really enjoy the experience although it was kind of pleasant to have nothing to do for 2 hours but sit and wait. My test was at a dedicated blood test lab, and all the preggo ladies got comfy chairs and a dim corner to chill out. I had movies on my iPad and just watched and relaxed.

But I felt like crap the rest of the day after the test, even after eating. Fortunately feeling like crap doesn't mean you fail necessarily.

I worked myself up and read too many horror stories of getting sick and passing out so I was super nervous. But it went fine.  I failed the 1hr and had to do the 3hr. With the 1hr, I felt a little shaky, nothing too bad.  As the day progressed I felt like I had a mild hangover.  Felt fine the next day. Drink isn't too bad. I had the orange and the lemon lime. Don't freak it's really not that bad

It tasted like the last little bit of kool-aid, very sweet, and drinking it fast sucked but i felt fine. I crashed from it later, slept like three hours. Haha

No it's not! If you've been sick or nauseous it may make you feel bad.  But it's different for everyone.

It's not bad at all. The drink is not bad and it's not too much. You will do fine. Just don't eat anything that will make your sugar high.
