A Height Difference

I am 5'6 and the guy i've been with for a while is 5'5, i mean his license says 5'7, but he lied.  I feel weird with his family because i am taller than all of them. I go support him when he does things, but i feel like we look weird whenever we are together because of the height difference. We spent 10 minutes just trying to get the perfect angle to where i was shorter in a picture.
