I was sick all day every day till 15 weeks I didn't throw up a lot but i would dry heive and was nauseous all day I just muddled through it most days but my doctor gave me a mild morning sickness pill that saved my life a few times

Literally the only thing I could drink and keep down was the white lemonade vitamin water. I actually ended up losing 25lbs in the beginning of my pregnancy from such bad morning sickness! Mostly because it wasn't just in the morning, it was non-stop, all day, every day :(

I have hyperemsis and nothing helped, nothing of the usual (toast, ginger and so on) I was given zofran but couldn't keep it down. I'm now on half a tablet of unisom 25mg & half a tablet of B6, 50mg every 6 hours. I haven't thrown up in 2 days, but I'm just tired all the damn time, but it's better than puking. I lost 10 pounds in a week. I'm still not able to take my prenatal and doc just rec I just stop taking it, & didn't reccomend another solution like I've heard some others have. I'm 8 weeks along... Wishing I could take my prenatals!

I quickly learned that cereal (for me) was an instant bathroom trip and road to second breakfast. 
Toast with peanut butter never got thrown up. Not once. 
Sea bands helped alot. 
I found that if I finely grated ginger into some lemonade and sipped on it throughout the day, it eased the queeze. 
And just letting the vom happen vs holding it in helps a ton too.

You don't have to suffer. Talk to your health care provider about diclegis, phenergan, etc.

Meanwhile diclegis is just unisom and vitamin b6 make sure you get the unisom with doxylamine.

Peppermint essential oils helped me between rounds of Medicine.

Some say ginger helps. Didn't work for me.

Eat lots of small snacks - crackers etc. Don't drink with your meals.

Ginger, lemon, tea, sprite, crackers, and sleep. Nothing fixes it, you just ride it out. Unless it's REALLY bad, then talk to the doc.
