Is Everything Ok ?

so about last week i was feeling prego because of my appetite increase because any other time im usually a really small eater & being pregnant made my appetite a tad bit better BUT this week my appetite is kind of not there .. im not really hungry as much & i am getting full fast also i did a cervix check & my cervix kind of feels open when before I felt the mucous plug , is my mucous plug going to come back ?
