Lots of pressure down bellow, you start waddling. If it's first baby, they drop weeks before delivery. The subsequent ones, drop closer to delivery time.

Not necessarily especially if you wear your baby low. I'm now in 38w(37+5) and my pelvis is killing me as well a my hips. Plus I can eat more. I guess it's a sign for me that I've dropped. 😊

You can feel like you can breathe better and have more space up top under your bust. Lots of pressure down below. Baby is getting into position but most women still have time to go even after they've dropped it can still take time ❤️
