What causes mc?

I was wondering I have a fear if I do end up pregnant now I'll be so stress I'll end up having one

A miscarriage as much as this sucks to hear is the bodies way of letting you know that is wasn't a good pregnancy. There where chromosomal abnormalities in which the baby would of never survived and it naturally got rid of it. They absolutely are heart wrenching (I've had 4) but I believe that everything happens for a reason.
You may also have low progesterone. Basically lack of progesterone thins the uterine lining and attributes highly to miscarriage. Clotting issues are another possibility. Testing after 3 miscarriages is something to look into although I hope that isn't your path?

There are so many things that can cause MC. They say 1 in 5 pregnancies end in MC :( of course there are risk factors and some things you can do to lessen your chances. As far as stress goes, I think it would take something very traumatic and super stressful to cause it to happen.
