Spotting everyday. 13+3

At 10+3 I hadn't had my first ultrasound yet. I woke up with lots of red blood in toilet when I peed. Went to ER with hubby and saw TWO babies, but didn't know why I was spotting. Had a follow up at 10+5 and both were doing well and still weren't sure if bleeding. Saw a specialist at 12 weeks who saw a 3cm blood clot in uterus. Said here wasn't anything we could do and just monitor it. Now at 13+3 I have spotting almost everyday. It's always brown, so I know that's old blood. My next appointment isn't until November 18th. Have you experienced this? I know spotting can be normal but I just wanted some advice. Would you call your doctor and tell them about it? I use my at home Doppler to hear them both, and both heartbeats are strong. Or do I just brush this off and not worry?
