I'm 13 weeks and almost everytime I tell someone I'm pregnant (starting at 11 weeks) they all say "oh I can tell"...I thought I wasn't supposed to "look pregnant" yet lol

I feel & look the same as you! I already had a little extra fluff in my tummy area so I feel like I just look fat. But I can feel a difference at the bottom of my tummy. I'm 15w2d today. I have my gender scan at 17w5d. When are you due?
