I thought my water broke.

I went to pee and I felt a gush of water coming out so i tried to stop peeing but it didn't stop and kept coming out. So I thought it was my water breaking but since then nothing happened. I have had some cramps and BH but no more liquid coming out or leaking. Obviously, this is not water breaking, right ? I have been spotting too. After all these, my baby is moving fine, though. I am 38&4days.
