evening primerose oil
I've been reading a lot of forums and such how evening primerose oil has helped so many people start labor a day or 2 after doing it. I also read that inserting the pill into your "lady bits" is way more effective then taking it orally. I'm only 36 weeks so I know I still have some time to go but just wondering for when the time gets closer, if anyone has done this. If so, did it work, and how the heck did you insert the pill into your vag, like how far, and did you just use ur fingers to do it?! Very confused lol.
