Scared about repeat c-section 🙁

I'm only 4w4d pregnant but this is my 4th baby and I know I'm going to have to have a repeat c-section. I'm scared because I have degenerative disk disease and the disks in my lower back are completely gone, and it proved to be extremely problematic with my last one. They couldn't properly place the spinal block because the anatomy of my spine was not that of a normal spine, which I did not know about at the time. I know I obviously still have a lot of time and will be talking to my doctor about what we can do different this time but I'm nervous 😬 I had to be put completely out for my last one because they couldn't place it and I don't want that to happen again.
