AF late af

I've posted about this before and didn't get very many comments but I REALLY need some advice. AF is a week late and I've tested over and over again only to get BFNs. I've been having random waves of nausea and I've been very fatigued. Well a little after I ovulated my mom said she had a dream about fish (I know that doesn't always mean pregnancy) then a few days ago I told a coworker/friend that my stomach was hurting (it had been hurting and bloated for like 4-5 days straight and she thought I was pregnant. Then another coworker said he had a dream that my SO called and said I was pregnant. Then yesterday a customer asked if I was expecting 😯 I've also been very constipated and have been breaking out. A few nights ago I had bad cramps mixed with nausea. I haven't had ANY bleeding at all. I've had dreams that I was pregnant and I'm just so confused 😢 the last time I tested it was around 2 days ago and it was a bfn. Has anyone gotten bfn only to later find out that they're pregnant?
