4 days light spotting

So, I know this is pretty ridiculous and it's probably stress. But I'm on nexplanon and they put it in incorrectly so the implant has moved down towards my elbow. I know there are rare cases when women still get pregnant. Still getting the implant, I've had month long periods-- heavy flow, bright red, the works. But for the past four days, I've had light pink spotting and I just want to know if anyone's had this experience and it turned out they were pregnant OR is this normal?
