Birth control

I just started birth control for the first time in my life. (Was really nervous)...  I got the IUD arm implant on Friday and am extremely nauseous still today. I believe this is a symptom but wanted to see if anyone else has had good experiences with this bc. I've read a ton about weight gain has anyone not gained weight? Advice please ( I get migraines so I have limited bc options and this is one of 3 I have)
