morning sickness

Hello Everyone, so I'm 7 weeks pregnant and last week found out I'm having twins. My question is when did the morning sickness end for you? I've been sick since the beginning of week 4. I haven't been terribly sick thank goodness, I've probably only actually vomitted 7 times so far. I'm nauseous off and on every day and then have constant nausea starting in the late afternoon until I go to bed. And this is my first pregnancy, so I've never dealt with this before.
