HELP!! please😭

I am 3 weeks post partum with c-section! Yesturday I went to the doctor yesturday cause I had chills, back was killing me, my hips to, when I would be pee it would hurt my bladder and above where you pee. They told me I had a hematoma near my bladder they have made me officially scared to dealth! I am sitting here crying! The"period" after the c-section lasted 2 weeks then it died down to brown type discharge now I am bleeding red and I don't know if I am peeing blood or it's vaginal! I was bleeding when I went to my OB yesturday it was like a light brown! Any adivice?
