nose piercing

I got the nose pierced like on April it's been 6 months already I changed the nose studs like 3 times already every time I change it it hurts and bleeds a little this time I got one that only has a little ball on the end and when I put it in I heard this cracking sound or it felt weird and I started to bleed. Any opinions or is it weird should I go to the doctor ?
