The last 2/3 days Iv'e been having what started out as normal lower back pain, but right now its 3am and im just crying my eyes out because this pain is so excruciating

So like it was in the middle of my lower back but now It's located on my lower right side under my ribcage kind of? And my boyfriend reckons its my kidneys, I have done abit of searching on google and its coming up that I could be in the earlt stages of pregnancy...Which kind of freaks me out because im 18 and I just got my Implanon (Nexplanon) removed after 3 long years and recently had sex with my bf without a condom like...2/3 weeks ago lol and I'm really worried that I could be ....I know most of you all aren't doctors and that I probably should go see one instead of telling you all my problema but...I just need some advice or something Im freaking TF out
