Has this happened to anyone else? TMI

I got in the shower i was starting the water and got the strong urge to pee. I have never had problems holding it before it just started to trickle out. i said screw it and pushed so i could rinse it down the drain and when i did blood started to come out. It looked as if i were on my period (no clots just like i was peeing on my period). i didn't push hard just enough so it wasn't just trickling down my legs. This is my fourth pregnancy and it's never happened before. I called the ob floor of the hospital they said just to call my doctor tomorrow. Has anything like this happened to someone else.
