Im 25 weeks with twins. Today I noticed that my bump has dropped, it is much lower than it was before and I have cramps. Should I go to emergency? Is it something to worry about? Or its normal.

I live in Spain. And here you cannot call your doctor. You either take an appointment online with the doctor or go to emergency. :(

Call your ob. If they feel it's worth seeing you, they will. And if they think you need to go to L&D they'll send you. Don't waste emergency services for something that can be handled in office.
