Too Much Sex??

Alright so I had not seen my SO in a month and we finally got together last night.... he had a few drinks and so I was driving. We had kind of a long way to go so he started fingering me.... i don't think he realized how rough he was being .... sometimes it felt good sometimes it didn't. We get to our destination and finally get to have sex. It felt "ok" .... and I think it was because he was so rough before? That and I had already climaxed 3 times in the car.... so I was tired.... this morning, we made love again and it was still kind of sore.... I'm hoping this goes away by tomorrow..... my REAL question is though I feel ashamed/embarrassed to tell him that it hurts and I'm done with it for nkw because I don't want him to be upset and think I don't like screwing around..... I guess I should just tell him that it's starting to hit cause we're being a little rough? But how? OMG I'm just weird I guess
