What white noise apps is everyone using? We have the white noise machine upstairs but my girl seems to really like ocean waves and birds chirping too. I thought I saw somewhere someone had one that played stuff like that as well?

I use Spotify. There are a lot of white noise albums specifically to help babies sleep.

Do you all use the white Noise on a timer and have it on only to get them to sleep?? Or do you play it all night long? My sister uses hers all night and keeps telling me I should get one when my little one starts sleeping in her crib alone but I am worried it will cause the baby to be dependent on the background noise in order to sleep.
