PCOS body "resetting" after pregnancy??

Question

I will be 18 weeks on Friday after a year of infertility treatments, iuis and a miscarriage due to PCOS. I was wondering if anyone with PCOS, has your body "reset" after having a baby? The second baby did you have to go through the same mess to get pregnant again? Just wondering if I will have to go though infertility again? Any stories or thoughts are really appreciated!

My coworker, who has PCOS, needed fertility treatments for her first pregnancy and had 2 more healthy pregnancies with no treatments after that. Gives me hope after going through  treatments for this (my first) pregnancy :)

Took me 8 years to concieve due to PCOS..and im currently pregnant through ivf..and not from my first try..its about try number 8-9...

33weeks and cant wait to meet my rainbow baby..that ive waited sooo long for!

I've heard of this happening. I have a friend who has had some reprieve, but I know she still has some PCOS issues.

I definitely want to know what others have experienced as well!
