One thing I can't stand about this app is wemon take the time to ask these question's instead of worrying about taking care of it. They ponder on what to do instead of going with there gut; of course you should confront him. Pondering only gives him time to think of an excuse; with your head held high be like "why is this on your phone? why are you talking to another women?" Don't give him a chance to make up an excuse, don't let him make you feel stupid for asking, 99% of the time your gut is right. I'd screen shot and get evidence just in case he wants to play stupid.

Honestly, yes. I think people forget that even if you trust someone, they're still capable of fucking you over. I wouldn't look unless I was suspicious. Wouldn't wanna spend my life with a cheater.
